Who covers the label?

Return label responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping labels for approved defective returns.

Restocking fees

No restocking fee is charged.

Packages must be returned in the original packaging (when available) so we can protect limited-edition figures in transit.

Returns not accepted

Many of our offerings are blind boxes, limited releases, or pre-owned pieces. The following situations do not qualify for a return.

Manufacturer imperfections

Small factory quirks that are common with blind boxes and art toys aren't treated as defects.

  • Minor paint irregularities or color swings
  • Small mold lines or uneven seams
  • Tiny surface marks or light printing differences

Normal signs of use on pre-owned items

Pre-loved collectibles may show gentle wear that reflects previous display or storage.

  • Light scratches or shelf marks
  • Dust or faint wear
  • Mild packaging rub or softening

Blind box dissatisfaction

Surprises are the heart of blind boxes. We cannot accept preference-based returns.

  • Not receiving a specific character
  • Changing your mind after opening
  • Disliking the figure once revealed

Opened packaging

Opened blind boxes or seals are not return-eligible unless a verified defect is present.

  • Opened capsules or blind boxes
  • Broken factory seals

Minor packaging imperfections

Packaging can pick up light blemishes during overseas transit and storage.

  • Slight dents or corner wear
  • Small creases or hairline scratches

Exchange policy

Exchanges are not accepted.

We do not offer exchanges, including for alternate characters, colorways, or preference-based requests.

Collectibles are handcrafted and vary by nature.

Minor differences, light wear, and subtle imperfections are part of the collectible world and aren’t considered defects. We work hard to describe every figure accurately and share detailed photos so you can shop with confidence.
